1. Payment Policy
- We accept only online payments through secure and trusted payment gateways.
- Full payment is required prior to enrollment in any course or program.

2. Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality education and training in the field of filmmaking. However, refunds are offered under the following conditions:
A. Full Refund:
- A 100% refund will be issued if we are unable to offer the course or service you enrolled for.
B. Partial or Conditional Refund:
- If the course has commenced and you are dissatisfied, your concern will be reviewed by our academic team.
- If it is determined that the course was delivered as per the agreed structure, a refund may not be granted.
- If a valid issue is found, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of NEO Film School.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be sent via email to neofilmschools@gmail.com with your enrollment details and reason for the request.
- Our team will review the request within seven (7) business days and notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days to the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Courses and services that have been fully completed and verified as delivered are not eligible for a refund.
- Any third-party fees paid on your behalf (e.g., certification fees, accommodation bookings, government registration charges) are non-refundable.
